(FORMERLY KNOWN AS FIRST UNION NATIONAL BANK), AS TRUSTEE FOR PARK PLACE SECURITIES, INC. ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-WWF1, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH J. RIZZUTO A/K/A JOSEPH RIZZUTO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOSEPH J. RIZZUTO A/K/A JOSEPH RIZZUTO N/K/A DENISE RIZZUTO; SUNNYBROOK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Paula S.
