NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 22, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 2015CA000825CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and BETTY G. ANDERSON; BETTY G. ANDERSON, AS TRUSTEE THE REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT OF BETTY G. ANDERSON DECEMBER 14, 2007; ALBERT L. BEITNER; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, CO-TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST UNDER THE REVOCABLE TRUST AGREEMENT OF BETTY G. ANDERSON DECEMBER 14, 2007; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons and parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 16th day of November, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 AND 5 AND THE EAST 13 FEET OF LOT 6, CITY OF NEW PORT RICHEY, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
