NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 04, 2015 and entered in Case NO. 07-CA-006631 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CMLTI 2006-WFHE3, is the Plaintiff and GLORIA GASS; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF GLORIA GASS N/K/A JESSE PIPPS; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/28/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
