NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 16th day of September, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-006921, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO FINANCIAL SYSTEM FLORIDA, INC. is the Plaintiff and MARTA MILLET A/K/A MARTA G. MILLET A/K/A MARTA G. MIRANDA; CITIFINANCIAL SERVICES, INC.; INFINITY AUTO INSURANCE COMPANY AS SUBROGEE OF SUSAN HUTTON FERNANDEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 28th day of October 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 132.00 FEET OF THE WEST 396.00 FEET OF TRACT 16, IN THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 34, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, SOUTH TAMPA SUBDIVISION, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 3 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
