NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-006460 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and ASHLEY LYNN GARCIA, et al., are the Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 28th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included a3305s security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
