Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 24, 2013, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 27 AND 28, IN BLOCK 14, OF ENGLEWOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2624 E. NORTH BAY ST, TAMPA, FL 33610; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 10, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
