NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-008903 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR25, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGHCERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR25, is Plaintiff THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST DEBORAH VICENTE, DECEASED, JESSIE ALI,AS THER PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF DEBORAH VICENTE, DECEASED, JENNA LEIGH ASHTON VECENTE, A MINOR CHILD IN THE CARE OF HER FATHER AND NATUAL GUARDIAN, LUIS ANTONIO VICENTE BALSO KNOWN AS LUIS A. VICENTE, AS AN HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF DEBORAH VICENTE, DECEASED, QUAIL RUN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, INC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT (S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTERST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, TENANT # 1 AND TENANT # 2, are the Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT No. 2903 A/K/A 15314 OF QUAIL RUN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARTION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3878, PAGE 1753 AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4163, PAGE 472, AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 45, (PHASE V) OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND STATED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPUERTENANCES TO THE ABOVE CONDOMINIUM UNIT.
