NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 8, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2013CA008397 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR C-BASS MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-SP2, is Plaintiff and Kimberly Anne Pasierd n/k/a Kimberly-Anne Knoffer a/k/a Kimberly-Anne K. Knoffer a/k/a Kimberly Anne a/k/a Kimberly Knoffer, et. al, are the Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 26th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
The East 70 feet of Lot 11, Block 2, Byars Heights, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 82 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Street Address: 8901 West Flora St, Tampa, Florida 33615.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
