NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 2, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-008438 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which OneWest Bank, F.S.B., is the Plaintiff and Annemarie Marie Estacion, United States of America, Acting on Behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Christopher D. Estacion, Green Lawn Property Owners' Association, Inc., Randy Estacion, Skyview Property Owners' Association, Inc., Sun City Center Community Association, Inc., The Unknown Spouse, Heirs, Beneficiaries, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienor, Creditors, Trustees, And All Other Parties Claiming An Interest By, Through, Under Or Against The Estate Of Edda Marie Estacion, Deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 3rd of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
