NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 2, 2008, and entered in Case No.: 2008-CA-009999, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and MERCEDES VELEZ, ________VELEZ, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MERCEDES VELEZ, IF MARRIED N/K/A MIGUEL CRUZ; ISPC; JOHN DOE AND JANE DOE are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, 12 AND 13, IN BLOCK 6, OF LAUREL TERRACE, ACCORIDNG TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 17, AT PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the
surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
