NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 22, 2015, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-011400 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, DOING BUSINESS AS CHRISTIANA TRUST, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR BCAT 2014-10TT, is Plaintiff, and RONALD D. MATHENY A/K/A RONALD MATHENY, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00AM www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 12 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1, CURRY COVE, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 67, PAGE 21, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
