NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated September 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 12-CA-019878 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for The Holders of The Dover Mortgage Capital Corporation, Grantor Trust Certificates Series 2004-A is the Plaintiff and Maria A. Aceves; Sergio Aceves; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2; Bank of America, N.A. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 29th day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK 1, OF SHANGRI LA II SUBDIVISION PHASE ONE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGE 52 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
