NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 28, 2015, entered in Case No. 11-CA-015835 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-18 is the Plaintiff and Wade Locke; Unknown Spouse of Wade Locke a/k/a Wade Mitchell Locke; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession #1 and #2; and all other unknown parties, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, an all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, an all claimants, persons or parties, natural or corporate, or whose legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants; Unknown Tenanat(s) are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 22nd day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 150.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 831.00 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
