NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 22, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-CA-007454 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and MAUREEN TORRES A/K/A MAUREEN BONILLA, RAFAEL L. TORRES, ADELAID DIAZ-TORRES, CLINTON L. JENSEN, MERRY JO JENSEN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CLINTON L. JENSEN, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAUREEN TORRES A/K/A MAUREEN BONILLA, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A MARIA CARDENAS, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A EDWIN VEGA-RIVERA, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of November, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 19, Block 93, TOWN N COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO. 62, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 30, of the Public Records of Hillsborough Country, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
