NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 2, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-001476 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON TRUST COMPANY, N.A, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE FDIC 2013-N1 ASSET TRUST is Plaintiff and CATHERINE GONZALEZ, W.O. HOMEOWNERS` ASSOCIATION, INC. , UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE GONZALEZ, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of October, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 33, Block 3, Whispering Oaks Second Addition Phase II, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 89, Page 89, of the Public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
