LOT 46, BLOCK 1, OF BLOOMFIELD HILLS PHASE 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGE 178, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 10217 BLOOMFIELD HILLS DR, SEFFNER, FL 33584; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 16, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
