NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2014-CA-000833 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Green Tree Servicing LLC, Plaintiff and Folake E. Alimi are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. on November 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK 4, PLANDOME HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, TOGETHER WITH THAT PART OF CLOSED ALLEY ABUTTING THEREON, AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 32, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
