Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 30, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 39, BLOCK 3, CORY LAKES ISLES PHASE 2, UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 86, PAGE 79 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 10730 CORY LAKE DRIVE, TAMPA, FL 33647; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 20, 2015 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
