NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 10th day of November, 2015, at 10:00 A.M. at, or as soon thereafter as same can be done at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and personal property, situate and being in Hillsborough County, Florida to-wit:
Lot 11, Block 6, DAVIS ISLANDS HYDE PARK SECTION, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 52, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 2010-CA-018363 now pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
