NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated July 27, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-002589 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for J.P. Morgan Mortgage Acquisition Trust 2006-ACC1, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-ACC1, is the Plaintiff and Jose De LaCruz also known as Jose De La Cruz also known as Jose D. de la Cruz, Miguel Gomes, The Unknown Spouse of Miguel Gomes also known as Doris Andrade, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 9th day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
