NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 03, 2015, and entered in 13-CA-001357 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR VOLT HOLDINGS TRUST XVI is the Plaintiff and MARK S. CAIN; KATRINA E. CAIN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 27, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT PART OF THE NORTH 100 FEET OF THE SOUTH 1170 FEET OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 35, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, LYING WEST OF THE WEST BANK OF ROCKY CREEK, TOGETHER WITH ALL RIPARIAN RIGHTS, LESS THE WEST 334.45 FEET THEREOF, LYING AND BEING IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND TOGETHER WITH EASEMENTS RESERVED IN O.R. BOOK 1902, PAGE 232, AND O.R. BOOK 3927, PAGE 515, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
