NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in 11-CA-008765 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK FSB is the Plaintiff and CYNTHIA KAYE THOMAS A/K/A CYNTHIA K. THOMAS A/K/A CYNTHIA KAY THOMAS; MYCHELL R. ROBINSON A/K/A MYCHELL THOMAS ROBINSON; SPACE COAST CREDIT UNION, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER WITH EASTERN FINANCIAL FLORIDA CREDIT UNION; MAZIE MARKESHA WILLIAMS; TENNILLE ALEXANDRIA WILLIAMS; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF WILLIE C. THOMAS A/K/A WILLIE CHARLES THOMAS, DECEASED; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; MELANIE KELLER are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 27, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 84 FEET OF THE WEST 50 FEET OF THE WEST 1/2 OF LOT 7, BLOCK 1, OF MORSE'S ADDITION TO NORTH YBOR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 5, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
