NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Final Summary Judgment in Foreclosure entered in this cause and the Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, the Clerk shall offer for sale the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described below, at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on November 19, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at https://hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
THE EAST 24.43 FEET OF LOT 24 AND THE WEST 43.57 FEET OF LOT 25, BLOCK 80, TOWN N COUNTRY PARK UNIT NO 38, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
