NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 15, 2015, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-006693 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK , AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE FOR JPMORGAN CHASE BANK N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-4 NOVASTAR HOME EQUITY LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4, is Plaintiff and MARITO SOLANO, et al., are the Defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 3rd day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:

CORNER OF TRACT 38, IN SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH , RANGE 19 EAST , TEMPLE TERRACES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS THE SAME IS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE RUN EAST 140.91 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 51.21 FEET, THENCE RUN WEST 141.00 FEET; THENCE RUN NORTH 51.16 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. BY VIRTUE OF THAT CERTAIN/ WARRANTY DEED/ RECORDED/07/15/03 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK/12859/, PAGE /859/, PUBLIC RECORDS OF/ HILLSBOROUGH/ COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
