NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment for Foreclosure dated June 26, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-4896-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida and Order Granting Plaintiff's Verified Motion to Cancel Foreclosure Sale, entered on August 7, 2015 wherein WELLS FARGO BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-NC4 ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is the Plaintiff and JOSEPH R. SUMMIT; LINDA J. SUMMIT, are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of The Circuit Court and Comptroller will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 2, 2015 the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, FAIRWOOD FOREST, A SUBDIVISION OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 84, PAGE(S) 28 AND 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
