NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-009176-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE OF OWS REMIC TRUST 2013-1 WITHOUT RECOURSE., Plaintiff, and, DOBSON, GEORGE, et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of November, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 9, BLOCK 10, BAY RIDGE ESTATES 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, PAGE 67, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
