NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on September 15, 2015 in Civil Case No. 12-05486-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and HEATHER B. WORKMAN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HEATHER B. WORKMAN; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; SEARS, ROEBUCK & CO; SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 12 INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT # 1; UNKNOWN TENANT # 2; UNKNOWN TENANT # 3; UNKNOWN TENANT # 4 THE NAME BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on October 30, 2015 at 10:00 AM, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. 101, BUILDING B, SEVILLE CONDOMINIUM 12, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE(S) 97 THROUGH 105 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4410, PAGE(S) 1745, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THEREOF AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
