NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 3rd day of November, 2015, at 10:00 A.M. at, or as soon thereafter as same can be done at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk of this Court will offer for sale to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real and personal property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit:
LOT 50, BLOCK 1, BELLA VISTA POINT SECOND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGE 35 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 4357 Miller Drive, St. Pete Beach, Florida 33706.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to the Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil No. 2014-007172-CI now pending in the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
