NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2015-CA-002526 in the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Indenture Trustee, for New Century Home Equity Loan Trust 2006-2, Plaintiff, and, MICHAEL L. DUPUIS, et. al., are Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at the hour of 10:00AM, on the 3rd day of November, 2015, the following described property:
THE LAND REFERRED TO IN THIS EXHIBIT IS LOCATED IN THE COUNTY OF PINELLAS AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA IN DEED BOOK 13793 AT PAGE 2574 AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS. LOT 13, BLOCK 13, SUNHAVEN HOMES, UNIT THREE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 39, PAGE 25 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
