Begin at NW corner of lot 78 for the point of beginning; thence along the north line of said lot 78, S89 degrees 57' 03" E 10.00 feet; thence S14 degrees 29'12"E 27.31 feet; Thence S78 degrees 21'50"W 17.59 feet to a point on the west line of said lot 78; Thence along said west line of lot 78, N00 Degrees 45'04"E 30.00 feet to the point of beginning.
Said portion of lot 78 containing 389.83+ Square feet or 0.01'+ acres.
As per survey prepared by F.L.A surveys corp. dated April 24, 2001, project No. 11-50409.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action, on FERNANDEZ BENJAMIN, PLLC, Attorneys for Plaintiff, whose address is 1718 Main Street, Suite 200A, Sarasota, FL 34237, and then file original with the Clerk within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, in the BUSINESS OBSERVER on or before 11-9-2015; otherwise a default and a judgment may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Legal Notices section of the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
