NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 08, 2015, and entered in 12-004465-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and THE CONTINENTAL TOWERS ASSOCIATION; SEA TOWERS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC; SARAH RESNICK; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SARAH RESNICK are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 23, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF UNIT 207, AND AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CONTINENTAL TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM, AND EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO, ALL RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3628 PAGE 80 ET SEQ., AND THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 8, PAGES 84 THROUGH 87, INCLUSIVE, TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM THE TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
