NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 15, 2015 in Civil Case No. 14-006794-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein CHEVY CHASE BANK, F.S.B. is Plaintiff and ALFRED P. NOTO, MICHAEL PETER NOTO, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY - INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, SCOPELLO CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., PATRICIA NOTO, PETER T. NOTO, WILLIAM NOTO, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE ESTATE OF ALFRED P. NOTO, DECEASED, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHAEL PETER NOTO N/K/A MICHELLE NOTO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PETER T. NOTO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA NOTO N/K/A JEFFREY STEWART, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM NOTO,, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Alfred P. Noto, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of October, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT 405 OF SCOPELLO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 14413, PAGE 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS THEREOF
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
