NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered September 2, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2013-CA-005538 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is Plaintiff and SCOTT GETTY, MICHELE MAGEE, ALL UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF BENJAMIN R. GETTY A/K/A BENJAMIN R. GETTY, JR.F, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE, QUAIL FOREST CLUSTER HOMES IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATION UNIT ONE, INC., CHRIS GETTY, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT GETTY N/K/A VERONICA GETTY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRIS GETTY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MICHELE MAGEE, any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against Benjamin R. Getty a/k/a Benjamin R. Getty, Jr, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of November, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 35, QUAIL FOREST CLUSTER HOMES UNIT ONE-A, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 83, Pages 65 through 68, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
