NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on July 24, 2015 in Case No. 14-005922-C1 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit for Pinellas County, Florida, in which ALLSTATE FINANCIAL SERVICES, INC is Plaintiff, SOLOMON LOWERY, DENITA LOWERY, ENCORE CREDIT CORPORATION and UNKNOWN TENANTS are Defendants, Will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of Nov., 2015, that certain parcel of real property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as follows:
LOT 17, BLOCK F, TANGERINE TERRACE NO. 2. AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 98, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
