NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated 9/15/2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-008657, DIVISION: 08, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DITECH FINANCIAL LLC F/K/A GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff, and COLIN CASPERSON A/K/A COLIN CASPERSEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF COLIN CASPERSON A/K/A COLIN CASPERSEN; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, FLORIDA; M. BROOKS, AS TRUSTEE OF THE CASEY FAMILY TRUST; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE CASEY FAMILY TRUST; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 30th day of October, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, RIDGEWAY SUBDIVISION, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
