NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 52T, Pointe Alexis South, Phase I, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 92, Pages 44 through 49, recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 1005 Caravel Court, Tarpon Springs, Florida, 34689.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 13, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
