Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Agreed Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this action, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of the Court will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida:
Lot 44, SKYLINE GROVES, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 22 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. Together with an easement for right-of-way over the West 7.5 feet of Lot 43 of SKYLINE GROVES as granted by instrument in O.R. 4011, Page 1809, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
The above legal description being commonly known as 2470 Sunset Point Road, Clearwater, Florida 33765.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash on November 17, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. after having first given notice as required by Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. The subject property shall be sold by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
