NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated 9/22/2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-001262, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff, and ROSALIE M. YOTAS; JOHN YOTAS, JR; IMPERIAL PARK CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. A/K/A IMPERIAL PARK CONDOMINIUM, INC; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 6th day of November, 2015 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT #9, IMPERIAL PARK CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMETS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3452, PAGE 522 THROUGH 561, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 15 THOUGH 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
