RALPH, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 16 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of Government Lot 3, said corner also being the East 1/4 corner of section 13, Township 30 South, Range 14 East, Pinellas County, Florida, thence run along the East line of said Section 13 and said Government lot 3, North 0 Degree 07 Minutes 41 Seconds East, a distance of 924.00 feet; thence run North 88 Degree 57 Minutes 23 Seconds West, a distance of 345.00 feet; thence run North 00 Degree 07 Minutes 41 Seconds East, a distance of 33 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence run North 88 Degree 57 Minutes 23 Seconds West, a distance of 92.50 feet; thence run North 00 Degree 07 Minutes 41 Seconds East, a distance of 163.00 feet; thence run South 88 Degree 57 Minutes 23 Seconds East, a distance of 92.50 feet; thence run South 00 Degree 07 Minutes 41 Seconds West, a distance of 163.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
