NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Second Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, For Re Establishment of Lost Note Instrument, and For Reformation of the Renewal Promissory Note (Further Amended to Award Additional Attorney Fees and Costs Incurred by Plaintiff), entered in this action on the 24th day of September, 2015, in favor of Plaintiff, Land Mortgage Investments, LLC, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on November 3, 2015 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property and all improvements thereon:
Lots 4, 5, and 6, Less the East 20 feet for street purposes, and Lot 7, Block 13, FIRST SECTION LELLMAN HEIGHTS, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 15, of the Public Records of Pinellas County Florida.
The property is commonly known as 5050 34th Street North, St. Petersburg, Florida 33714 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
