Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on September 29, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:

and commonly known as: 8220 48TH AVE N, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33709; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on November 13, 2015 at 10:00 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
