NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. C, Building 2906, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 2 according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 27 through 32, inclusive, amended in Condominium Plat Book 37, Pages 60 through 65 inclusive being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4922, Page 832 et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto. With the following street address: 2906 Lichen Ln. #C, Clearwater, Florida 33760.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on November 13, 2015.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
