Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated August 11, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 12-007538-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association, successor by Merger to RBC Bank (USA), Formerly Known as RBC Centura Bank is the Plaintiff, and LYNDA ST. PIERRE, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit No. 201, Building F, IMPERIAL OAKS CONDOMINIUM, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 110 and 111, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 4980, Pages 1953 to 1993, inclusive, as amended by Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 5144, Page 1120, (adding Building F), and all amendments thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of December, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
