NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 14-006961-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CORDOVA GREENS OF LARGO, INC is Plaintiff, and RICHARD E. REINBOLT; CARYN L. REINBOLT; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of November, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 307B, Cordova Greens Condominium, Phase IV together with the undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto and the interest in the limited common elements if any appurtenant to each unit, according to the condominium plat thereof recorded in Plat book 21, Page 119, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A/K/A: 8693 Bardmoor Blvd, Unit 307B, Largo, FL 33777
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
