NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 1, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-001043-CO of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION I, INC. (THE) is Plaintiff, and KAREN A. CAMPBELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KAREN A. CAMPBELL; CACH, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT 1 and UNKNOWN TENANT 2 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 13th day of November, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 9, The Lakes Unit 1, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 69, Pages 64-65, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
A/K/A: 4374 Otter Lake Court, Clearwater, FL 33762
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
