NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 27, 2015, and entered in 13-003381-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC DBA CHAMPION MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff and DOROTHEA D. PRUYNE; MAINLANDS UNIT SEVEN CONDOMINIUMS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT I; UNKNOWN TENANT II are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on October 27, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 58, OF THE MAINLANDS AT TAMARAC BY THE GULF, UNIT SEVEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5886, PAGE 945, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 80, PAGES 74 AND 75, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
