NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 10, 2015, entered in Case No. 48-2013-CA-008593-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Ocwen Loan Servicing, LLC is the Plaintiff and Carmen Daisy Rodriguez; Romulo Laureano Rodriguez; Carmen M. Lopez; Carmen M. Lopez Perez; Blossom Park Condominium Association Inc.; Classic Fence of Central Florida Inc.; State of Florida; Orlando Gardens, L.L.C.; Unknown Spouse of Carmen Daisy Rodriguez; and Unknown Tenants/Owners are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 3rd day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 3187, PHASE I-BUILDING G, BLOSSOM PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, AS DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6853, AT PAGE 1897, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS ATTACHING THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
