NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 1st day of July, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2012-CA-009435-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., CSAB MORTGAGE-BACKED TRUST 2006-3, CSAB MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff and FAZIL KADIR SUMMERPORT RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC JENNIFER DE SOUZA; and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) N/K/A CARLOS MORINGLANE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 4th day of November, 2015 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 54, OF SUMMERPORT, PHASE 5, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58, AT PAGE(S) 124 THROUGH 134, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
