NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 21, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-010543-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PARTNERS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO VISTA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION, is Plaintiff, and REGINALD WILLIAMS A/K/A REGINALD O. WILLIAMS, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 19 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 53, THORNTON PARK CENTRAL CONDOMINIUM, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 6080, Page 3136, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
