NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated September 29, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-009440-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO NATIONAL CITY REAL ESTATE SERVICES, LLC, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE, INC., FORMERLY KNOWN AS NATIONAL CITY MORTGAGE CO. DOING BUSINESS AS COMMONWEALTH UNITED MORTGAGE COMPANY, is Plaintiff, and STEPHEN YOUNG A/K/A STEPHEN J. YOUNG, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of November, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit D, Bldg 2, ACORN VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 3657, Pages 13-55, as amended by amendments recorded in official Records Book 3678, Pages 292-297, Official Records Book 3771, Pages 1563-1568 and in Official Records Book 3785, Pages 971-976, and Official Records Book 3800, Page 3187, Official Records Book 3805, Page 1486, Official Records Book 3814, Page 5061, Official Records Book 3821, page 3965, Official Records Book 3833, Page 1530, Official Records Book 3873, Page 1525, Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and the appurtenances and common elements described in said declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
